We are seeking an Office / Customer Service Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing a variety of responsibilities and supporting the corporate team. If you are passionate about running a smooth ship, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting customer happiness, we would love to meet you. This position is based in our downtown San Francisco headquarters.


Location:
Downtown SF office (4 days/week)

Salary range: $65,000-75,000/year


Responsibilities:

  • General office upkeep: Manage all necessary tasks to keep the office running smoothly, including ordering, management of the cleaning company, and organizational needs.

  • Office fun and wellness: Spearhead office culture initiatives, including team event coordination, celebration planning, and more

  • Customer Service and Operations: Manage all phone, email, and online customer inquiries/concerns with exceptional service, including online review platforms

    • Offer regular assistance to restaurants in addressing customer needs and concerns

    • Manage proprietary loyalty program and Customer Service online platforms

    • Report out on Help Desk and feedback platform trends at a store, regional, and concept level

    • Lead and execute various projects on an as-needed basis, such as 3rd party delivery support, new restaurant launches, and holiday gift planning

    • Communicate any marketing events to restaurants and the Operations team

    • Provide weekly customer care recaps

    • Manage store experience visits

  • Leader of office positivity: Bring bright, positive energy to the team every day


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of commensurate Customer Service experience (online and in-person)

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective multi-tasker and problem solver with a can-do attitude

  • Ability to solve problems with a smile and a genuine desire to wow our guests - every time

  • Detail-oriented and enjoys engaging in all aspects of the business

  • Passion for great, healthy food
