Capital Management Services has an exciting opportunity for Overnight Lost/Stolen Leadership! The position is licensed only for residents of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.
We are currently seeking a candidate with strong customer service skills and some leadership background to join our team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen leaders by joining our Supervisory Training Program.
Both the training and the position are 100% fully remote. Due to the nature of the position, you will be trained with the following schedule:
- Agent Training: You will start the position in agent training, learning the position, where you will be only performing the full job of agent. To lead the team, you must have first hand experience handling the agent position.
- MOD Training: Next, you must have the training necessary to run shifts. The goal of the MOD (Manager on Duty) is the smooth running of the assigned shift , eventually becoming proficient enough not to need assistance/backup from a Supervisor or Manager.
- Supvervisor Training: Finally, you will be trained and given true supervisory tasks, including disciplinary action, reports, and in depth team management.
The position itself starts at $15.00 / hour with Agent bonus.
Once Supervisor Training is complete (Approximately 90 days), this will increase to $16.00 / hour with Supervisory bonus.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree Preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Background Check Required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi). We provide equipment, but wireless internet is not permitted.
- Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) Smartphone.
- Ability to problem solve
Start Date will tentatively be March 15, 2024
Note: This team specializes in Overnight, Weekend, and Holiday work. This means every person on the team works ALL Overnights, Weekends, and Every Holiday. The schedule is currently open, however it will include 2 consecutive days off .
