Sales Manager
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales management of the Sales department at Endurance. This individual must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of employees, including senior management and staff. The Sales Manager is responsible for coaching, developing motivating, managing, and evaluating the sales staff and their duties include achieving the company sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day oversight for Sales efforts including management of a team of between 20-40 Sales agents. This includes day-to-day accountability, oversight, and management of rep productivity, call quality, sales performance, and employee issues for all assigned team members.
- With senior management, establish performance goals, in accordance with Company goals, for the Sales Department employees and monitor performance on a continual basis.
- Direct Management of the Sales team. Implementation and ongoing management of Sales strategies, performance metrics, compensation, and incentives.
- Regularly shadow sales calls with team members to provide constructive feedback and strategize growth & effective development opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify new, and modify existing, tactics to improve customer retention performance.
- Help identify and implement best practices to achieve and/or surpass Sales quota and growth goals.
- Manage operations through statistical analysis of call center statistics. Apply associated Sales tactics required to maintain and grow the customer base.
- Conduct business and/or employee reviews using CRM programs.
- Collaborate horizontally and vertically across the organization to develop tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Provide training and development by applying the Endurance Sales Certification program to new hires as well as existing team members.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Management experience (Virtual management is a plus)
- Five years or more of development and training
- Five or more years of demonstrated success in sales, and leadership in a telecommunications environment.
- Strong working knowledge of call center management.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate, and schedule workload effectively. Must be a team player with excellent supervisory skills and the ability to train personnel in a virtual call center environment.
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Word and Excel applications.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM Systems
- Demonstrated self-motivation, sound judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Performs effectively and independently in a multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
