- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, days
- Location: Remote, with 25% travel
- Facilitates market-wide engagement and delivery of the consumer and patient experience.
- Owns the market launch of Service Commitments and is a champion for consumer experience excellence.
- Provides market-wide leadership for Service Recovery systems, processes, and behaviors.
- Serves as subject matter expert on the actions and behaviors needed to build trust and resolve service gaps with consumers and patients. In-depth knowledge of the systems and processes for documenting tracking and trending concerns and complaints for systematic improvement.
- Demonstrates exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills in addressing dissatisfied consumers and patients.
- Coordinates multi-disciplinary reviews and responses when needed for more complex complaints.
- Serves a market Service Recovery point person for any external and/or regulatory needs.
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience preferred
- Strong business acumen with ability to drive change in a large, complex organization with matrix reporting relationships.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to prioritize multiple demands and projects.
