As a Guest Service Representative, you will be interacting directly with clients from the time they arrive in the store until they leave. You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a team who helps our customers to have a great experience in store.
As a Guest Service Representative we want you to create welcoming environment for our customers, offer the best service and help them with their cell phone needs. The Guest Service Representative is the first point of brand contact in our company and serves in an essential role to engage customers.

Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on all services offered, exhibiting exceptional product knowledge
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
- Maintain a great attitude and be a good team player.
- Provides a total sales solution to our customers, for any of their wireless/mobility needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Deadline and results-oriented
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
