Our Service Manager will be dedicated to the principles of "every customer is important" and "continuous improvement". The Service Manager controls customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards, employee morale, and on-going training. We are seeking a Service Manager who values integrity and honesty. Our Service Manager needs to be a team player. It is vital to the health of our company that all members work together with the same mission. We are looking for a “Coach – Mentor” leader who will:
- Develop a successful staff
- Train Service Advisors
- Hold staff accountable to established goals
To help ensure a great fit for both the candidate and employer, we are seeking candidates with the following skills / experiences / traits.
- Auto dealership service management experience, can be Assistant SM experience
- Leadership with progressive-minded leadership style (coach, mentor, role model)
- Ability to lead 2 Advisors and several Techs
- Focus on building the very best customer service experience
- A belief that each and every customer is important
- Very organized with exceptional time management and prioritizing skills
- Stays current on technology use
- Performance-oriented - continuous desire to improve
- Great references
- Ability to work north of Boston (and away from the Boston traffic!)
