The Big Tasks!
- Train, improve and develop processes for a group of top-of-class plumbers.
- Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth.
- Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the plumbing service department.
- Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.
- Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing.
- Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
- Work closely with Operations Manager to achieve sales goals.
- Coach, motivate and train the plumbing team to exceed team and individual goals.
- Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
- Mentor and develop the plumbers and dispatchers to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
- Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
- Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
- Helping trainees become licensed- mentoring.
- Manage schedule along with the dispatch department to help meet demand of company goals.
