- Actively supporting and fostering a culture of inclusion
- Managing Deployment Engineering orders for multiple projects at a time
- Executing Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches
- Partnering with procurement and logistics teams for site health readiness
- Communicating site health readiness to the customer
- Resolving and troubleshooting customer ticket issues
- Troubleshooting system deficiencies
- Driving operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs
- Contributing to process improvements, cost optimization and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership
