In this critical role, you will:
- Manage incoming service calls, scheduling, and dispatching Field Technicians to various locations.
- Work with Service and Parts teams to coordinate logistics.
- Address customer service inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Use field service software for service agreements, purchase orders, and work order management.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their service needs.
- Keep detailed service records and report on service metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support customer relations and growth.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
