Service Coordinator/Dispatch

In this critical role, you will:

• Manage incoming service calls, scheduling, and dispatching Field Technicians to various locations.
• Work with Service and Parts teams to coordinate logistics.
• Address customer service inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Use field service software for service agreements, purchase orders, and work order management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their service needs.
• Keep detailed service records and report on service metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support customer relations and growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
