Purpose:
The ISP Coordinator is critical role responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the Integrated Services Platform. As an Integrated Service Provider, B&G performs a variety of integrated maintenance services and value add service activities that constitute a total service package.
While oilfield experience and project management is preferred, the primary responsibilities revolve around coordinating maintenance and construction activities, include all core services provided by B&G inclusive of Pigging, Line Locating, Hydrovac, Bins, Pipeline, and Roustabout. Value add activities include third party vendor management, analytics, creating operational efficiencies, developing cost minimization strategies, and executing budgets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer at each of the contracted facilities by attending daily and/or weekly meetings, drafting action items that require B&G attention, and facilitating the distribution of internal workflows (i.e. Specialty Services, Roustabout, Midstream, etc.).
- Planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of specific projects.
- Collaborate closely with upper management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, while also supporting the development of lean manufacturing processes; continuous improvement, standard work, problem solving, value stream mapping, training, and employee involvement.
- Drive lean training in collaboration with senior management and implement a lean toolkit utilizing PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act). Additionally, lead continuous improvement events resulting in employee skill and knowledge development and KPI performance improvements.
- Utilize SAP Work Center to manage workflows and work centers effectively, enabling proactive planning across all service lines offered or managed by B&G. This includes tracking and reporting, plan preparation, performance enhancement, and achieving quality and saving goals.
- Identify and address barriers to success, seeking assistance from both internal and external leadership as needed.
- Responsible for executing continuous improvement activities and providing feedback through appropriate channels.
- Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) Regulations, including awareness of signage, training, and operational requirement.
- Must be able to operate equipment and understand process controls and flow (start up, shut down).
- Collaborate with Land department to secure access to pipeline.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers involved in maintenance of oil and gas pipelines pipeline facilities, and right-of-ways.
- Oversee patrolling, inspecting, repairing and installing pipeline along with assisting in the planning and scheduling of line repairs.
- Must have knowledge of and build Abandonment packages.
- Must be able to accurately schedule out the use of needed equipment to job locations.
- Must comply with all Customer Rules and guidance (energy isolation, confined space, hot work, and safe work permitting processes).
- Assist new hires with work methods, operations of equipment, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Oilfield Experience with relevant oilfield maintenance and logistics experience, preferably in Midstream.
- Strong technical ability with respect to operations and management of midstream maintenance services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for execution of projects.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Skilled in performing risk management to minimize project risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing (or equivalent education and technical experience).
- Experience using modern Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, TQM).
- Experience with Lean projects and methodology including projects with significant impact on the business preferred.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thought to develop, recommend and implement strategies and programs that address company and departmental objectives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Perform other duties as described under Supervisor and industry Master Title.
