Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
