We are looking for outgoing and guest centric servers and bartenders. Mary Lucille's is a new bakery, restaurant and tea room/dessert room in Cumming, GA. We will stand out by providing an experience to our guests that reminiscent of decades ago. Customer service experience is the most important skill, we will train the rest! Fine dining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Be the guests ambassador and provide elevated customer service.
• Provide an experience to our guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions and bartenders must operate the cash register
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
• Must have superior customer service and anticipate their needs.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to handle cash transactions and keep your own bank accurately
• Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change

Pay: $5.00 per hour
