Server/Waiter

**Server** **Duties:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions they may have - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation - Prepare and deliver checks to guests, process payments, and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas **Skills:** - Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation - Knowledge of food service procedures and standards - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our organization. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
