Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize Aloha POS system to accurately input orders and process payments
- Promote sales of menu items and specials to maximize revenue
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Clear tables and assist with bussing to ensure a clean and organized dining area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is required
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
