Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Experience: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus - Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management systems is beneficial - Basic understanding of culinary terms and menu items is helpful Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and delivery - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to our guests.
