Server/Waiter

```Duties```

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests
- Handle cash and process payments using a POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic dining area

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques are an advantage

IHOP Servers are motivated, team oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to providing excellent customer service. The goal is to provide a high quality dining experience for our guests. This position requires you to stand for several hours during a shift and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks. IHOP Servers also perform side work. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $2.13 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
