Salary**Server** **Duties:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience - Answer questions about the menu, daily specials, and ingredients - Upsell menu items and promote restaurant promotions or events - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas **Experience:** - Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred - Strong knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculations - Familiarity with food preparation, food safety, and proper handling techniques - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests - Effective communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members - Sales-oriented mindset to upsell menu items and increase revenue - Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within our restaurant.
