Kusshi at Woodmont Triangle Bethesda is looking for FOH staff as we enter the busiest season of the year!

Kusshi (屈指) means “one of the best'' in Japanese, and we hold pride in serving the freshest fish and providing an overall experience that guest can remember. Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Provide excellent guest service, addressing any concerns or requests
• Clear and clean tables as needed, ensuring a clean and organized dining area
• Complete given side-work every shift
• Describe menu items and give suggestions when needed
• Be able to accommodate customers dietary restrictions/allergies effectively
• Adhere to alcohol serving laws and policies with every customer

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, and providing excellent service
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate well with others
• Must have week-day availability
• Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts a week
• Must have a drivers license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
