Server, Waiters and Waitresses

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with food service and food preparation procedures
- Ability to handle guest services in a professional manner
- Knowledge of POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Understanding of proper food handling techniques
