Hilton Garden Inn is hiring for a Server/Bartender at our Odessa, TX location.

Server/Bartender Job Description

The Server/Bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic beverages for customers and service of drinks and food to guests in a timely and accurate manner. The position will also assist with food preparation, bar stock management, and sanitation.

Essential Functions:

• Prepares bar area, including stocking bar inventory, taking drink orders, and clearing away from guests.
• Prepares alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Prepares food items for service, including cutting, plating, and presentation.
• Prepares ingredients for mixed drinks including mixing, shaking, or mixing + + + + + + + food prep.
• Cleans and organizes workstations and equipment.
• Monitors inventory of all products and replenishes as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Completes all duties in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
