```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selection based on customer preferences
- Operate POS system to process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints promptly
```Skills:```
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques
- Proficient in operating POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
