Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to customers

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area, ensuring all supplies are stocked

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and restaurant areas before and after shifts

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise

Skills:

- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Knowledge of popular cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages as well as knowledge of our menu

- Familiarity with our point-of-sale system

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips

- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices

- Previous experience in bartending, serving or hospitality industry is preferred

Pay: $2.13 - $50.00 per hour
