As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving website traffic through effective SEO strategies, analytics, and continuous feedback loops. The selected candidate will play a vital role in optimizing the website's performance, increasing lead generation, and maximizing ROI.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and optimize meta tags for ongoing keyword discovery
- Execute tests, and collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights for maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Review, update, and optimize analytics tools
- Collaborate with content specialists to implement organic SEO recommendations for content success
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Work with the editorial and marketing team to implement SEO best practices on new campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and new analytics opportunities
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to the demands of a growing company
- Openness to accepting ideas and feedback from multiple levels of the organization to determine the best course of action
- Strong follow-up and follow-through abilities, with the capability to manage workload independently
