We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketing Manager with a strong focus on SEO. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing effective content strategies that drive organic traffic, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to overall business objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development:
    • Design and execute a comprehensive Content Marketing strategy aligned with business goals and SEO best practices
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, ICP, and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities
  • Content Creation and Optimization:
    • Work with copywriters to produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various channels, including blog, website pages, and social media
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and SEO objectives
  • On-Page and Technical SEO:
    • Implement on-page SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability and search engine rankings
    • Work closely with the development team to address technical SEO issues and improve website performance
  • Link Building and Outreach:
    • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the domain authority of our website
    • Establish relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and other relevant partners for collaborative content initiatives
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEMrush
    • Provide weekly reports on content performance, outlining successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to adapt content strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Content Marketing Manager for a SaaS company with a strong focus on SEO
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and the latest trends
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to create content that resonates with target audiences
  • Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing freelancers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
