Senior Vice President: North Central Region

We are looking for a Senior Vice President to lead our North Central Region based in Chicago, IL. We operate with transparency where each valued member is heard and valued. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a region-wide security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Execute on strategic initiatives to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our employees and customers. Ensure the proper structure and resources are in place to deliver exceptional and personalized services, high frequency touchpoints.
• Drive profitable growth focusing on the right security sectors that align with our vision.
• Ensure company policies, standards, procedures, and compliance is followed across the Region.
• Lead, develop, and coach a large team across all disciplines and various departments.
• Build a positive culture where everyone is valued and respected. Provide clear direction and purpose.
• Full P&L responsibilities, analyze trends and make operational adjustments, as necessary. Assist with forecasting and budgets.
• Assist with company initiatives and special projects.

Requirements:

• Proven success leading a large team in the private security industry.
• Education, Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in security industry, with progressively increasing responsibilities and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, standards, and regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing security strategies and programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, incident response, and security operations.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
