You will be part of the ZF Aftermarket North America Regional Leadership Team responsible for the Aftermarket business in the US, Canada, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Your responsibilities will span all Business lines: Passenger Car, Commercial Vehicle, Industrial/New Mobility and Digital across all Product Channels: Original Equipment Manufacturer Service (OES), Independent Aftermarket (IAM), and eCommerce.
What you can look forward to as a Transformation Manager:
Drive the Region transformation office
Execute on the transformation roadmap for the region
Coach and mentor project leaders
Lead of selected strategic projects and change initiatives across the region
Prepare workshops, project meetings, and support Leadership team
Drive change communications and events
Drive the integration of any mergers or acquisitions
Your profile as a Transformation Manager:
8+ years experience of complex, multi divisional/global, project or program management
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strategic thinking with proven experience to lead large region change, strategy and business development
Collaborative and decision-orientated
Problem solving and strong analytical skills
Ensure quality control and analytical rigor
