We are building a powerful team of hybrid strategy and UX leaders who are as conversant in brand, business,and marketing strategy as they are in user experience. We call this Experience Transformation Strategy (XTS). In this new role as XTS Manager, you will be at the heart of merging digital strategy with user-centric designmethodologies to lead create groundbreaking experiences that drive our clients' success. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategies for major brands while collaborating with experienced leadership as part of a cross-disciplinary team, tackling complex business problems and translating strategic direction into best-in-class experience design solutions.

What you'll do

  • Manage and mentor UX strategists, designers, and researchers, while overseeing their work for client accounts.
  • Drive the creation and execution of UX deliverables including customer interviews, evaluations, usability studies, journey maps, wireframes, etc.
  • Craft strategies for connected experiences that integrate customer insights, digital trends, and branding goals.
  • Handle multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and exceed quality expectations.
  • Present strategic visions and UX solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead in-depth research to uncover user needs and market trends, translating them into practical strategies.
  • Facilitate client and team workshops, turning results into comprehensive Experience Transformation plans.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Technology, and Data teams to ensure strategies are realistic and well-integrated.
  • Represent strategic UX transformation, using expertise to guide client decisions and deliver value.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships, advising clients on Experience Transformation.
  • Continuously refine UX methodologies to remain at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Partner with the Head of XTS team to develop new and valuable UX and strategic offerings for our clients.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in UX, digital strategy, or both, with a demonstrated track record of transforming user and customer experiences.
  • Minimum 2 years in a team management or people leadership position with proven leadership skills, having managed strategy and/or UX teams to deliver complex digital projects.
  • Experience in leading five or more large, multi-team experiences that involved other disciplines (brand, website/app experience, content, campaign, digital transformation, sales enablement, etc.) from initial research and strategy through to vision, road mapping and UX design.
  • Solid understanding of the entire UX design process and strategic development lifecycle, from research and ideation to UX design and implementation.
  • Deep knowledge in marketing, customer experience, brand, audience insights and research, the role that strategy plays across brand experiences, and the ability effectively explain these topics to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strategic documents that tell a compelling story, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Highly skilled in workshop facilitation, idea generation, and design thinking techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a talent for persuasive presentations to executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within your team.
  • Extensive experience with digital design systems and aligning user experience with agile project management principles.
  • Well-versed in a wide range of marketing research tools and advanced knowledge of collaboration tools like Miro and design tools such as Figma.
  • The preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field, such as UX Design, Marketing Strategy, Product Strategy, or equivalent industry experience.
