General Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Technology Lead to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will assist with project planning, provide comprehensive design solutions, and oversee the QA/QC of Low-Voltage/Signal – Technology systems during construction and installation. This encompasses IT/Telecom infrastructure, communications cabling, server rooms, wireless networking, and more. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting technical requirements analysis, site assessments, and solutions recommendations.
- Managing designs based on master planning and overseeing projects post-design.
- Developing scope of work documents and pricing estimates.
- Designing and overseeing Technology systems to meet client requirements.
- Managing current projects in Seattle and coordinating with contractors.
- Leading market growth efforts and forming a new technology team.
Experience Required:
- Previous engineering design experience with telecommunication systems for buildings and campuses.
- Working knowledge of construction documents, Low Voltage/signal design, audio visual and security systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum 10 years of technical and project management experience in telecommunication cable infrastructure.
- Familiarity with regulatory codes and standards for various facilities in Washington.
Education:
- RCDD Certification or equivalent.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
