This is a temp to hire, full time Accounts Payable with a family-owned company located in Clackamas that values their employees and hosts monthly BBQ lunches!
They offer a collaborative work environment with other accounting team members to offer peer support. A great opportunity to leverage current skills and gain more experience.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently using MS Dynamic and Excel
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Maintaining vendor files and records
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
- Communicating with customers via phone and email regarding invoices
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Accounts Payable Requirements:
- Proven 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Pay: $24-26/hr, DOE
