Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Technical Integration Specialist to support multiple efforts on the Integrated Change Management (ICM) team in Everett, WA.
This is a high-visibility role that involves a range of varying assignments that directly support the BCA Program's top-level goals, initiatives, and challenges. The ICM team works across all BCA programs to identify process improvements, gain buy-in, and lead implementation to reduce design compliance escapes and near-misses, and improve design change quality, including certification and compliance documentation. As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for one or more projects and will provide some level of technical, business, and integration leadership for the Program on a variety of issues requiring cross-functional and cross-organizational leadership. The ideal candidate will be willing to take on projects that they may not have a full understanding of and stretch beyond their experience base. You will have opportunities to collaborate with people from all over the world, lead, and create and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems while maintaining compliance with US and Foreign regulations.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Mid-Level, Lead, and Senior Technical Integration Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, and compile data associated with change or certification processes to develop system-level & BCA-level solutions
  • Applies processes, methodologies & tools to design of system of systems, systems & new product development. Performs technical planning and control; maintains & improves processes & software tools
  • Interfaces with other members of project/program teams, management, and executive management
  • Develops and administers training
  • Possess or quickly gain an in-depth understanding of various change processes and authorities. Possess or quickly gain an in-depth understanding of certification processes. Coordinate with engineering teams, project administrators, and other groups to identify process improvements, gain buy-in, & implement process improvement
  • Investigate process escapes, determine root cause, identify overarching themes, & propose mitigating actions
  • Develop best practices & process controls
  • Have a customer-centric mindset, provide direct Engineering processes and tools end-user support resolving issues & communicating productivity enhancements & procedures; continually enhances end-user support services

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of work-related experience
  • 3+ years' experience in Technical Integration
  • 3+ years' experience in supporting and/or managing complex projects
  • 3+ years' experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with management, customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:
  • Mid-Level (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

  • Lead (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

  • Senior (Level 5): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $90,100 - $121,900
Summary pay range for Lead (Level 4): $108,800 - $147,200
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 5): $128,350 - $173,650
