Could This Be For You?We are seeking aSenior Project Manager, Cyber Security - Remote. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, this position plays a critical role in delivering enhanced security capabilities across the enterprise. You will work closely with the Security and IT leadership team, project owners, and other key resources to drive the implementation of strategy through baseline and investment initiatives, alignment with internal and external stakeholders, accurate budgeting and financial forecasting, and effective utilization of resources. This role will also help establish, manage, and report the Security organization performance metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) used to gauge progress against maturity targets and to indicate where additional Security investment is required.
Your Impact- Oversee and be responsible for establishing, managing, and reporting key security team performance metrics.
- Develop presentations, dashboards and team/business unit "scorecards".
- Identify sources of data to be captured and work with source system teams to develop automated means of capturing and presenting these data.
- Integrate and synchronize data to present meaningful Security information.
- Lead cross-functional teams through full program lifecycles by defining scope/success criteria, setting expectations, establishing timelines, implementing solutions, and measuring success and lessons learned.
- Define processes end-to-end and drive improvements for maximum impact.
- Operationalize strategic security programs by making them efficient, scalable, and reliable.
- Develop, implement, and iterate on program management procedures, frameworks, and metrics to achieve business goals with defined success criteria.
- Responsible for successfully delivering strategic initiatives through the completion of quality deliverables within the identified scope, schedule, and budget.
- Responsible for ensuring that short-term goals support long-term strategy.
- Responsible for managing interdependencies between groups and projects and gaining alignment of relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for providing visibility to all work streams across the program to the leadership team.
- Responsible for tracking ongoing expenditures to ensure timely receipt of invoices, accuracy, and payment submission.
- Responsible for proactive anticipation of and engagement on potential roadblocks with timely escalation to leadership as needed.
- Responsible for assessing project risks, and implementing mitigation plans as needed.
- Generate ideas and critically evaluate future scenarios for consideration into the Information Security strategic plan.
- Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities. Motivates project team to deliver project outcomes.
- Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and functional policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or similar field preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- CISSP certification preferred
- Candidate should be an experienced (12+ years required) Project Manager in the information security and risk management space.
- Significant experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies
- Highly organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex Cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical resources.
- In depth knowledge of regulatory and security standards including, but not limited to, HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, and SOX.
- Experience aligning security processes and controls to NIST.

Pay range of $108,013 to $135,017 + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
