The Renewal Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of Renewal Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for coaching and developing others. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and have a proven track record in sales management.
This position reports to the Director of Fitness, Training and Coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor daily lead flow and strategically assign to sales specialist
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings and performance reviews to track progress and provide feedback.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with senior management and the Sales Operations Manager to define sales targets, strategies, and reporting processes
- Work with the Sales Operations Manager to prepare performance dashboards and monitor data
- Oversee Onboarding and offboarding processes for all sales representatives
- Conduct weekly quality assurance checks on calls
- Interview potential sales candidates
- Work with the Sales Operations Manager to manage commissions sheets and bonus payouts
- Monitor CRM to ensure closers are keeping current with leads
- Work with the EVP of Marketing & Sales to test or roll out new offers, packages, and sales scripts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of experience in sales management
- 5+ years of experience in sales

- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a high growth environment.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry preferred
