Job description

The Renewal Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of Renewal Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for coaching and developing others. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and have a proven track record in sales management.

This position reports to the Director of Fitness, Training and Coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor daily lead flow and strategically assign to sales specialist
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings and performance reviews to track progress and provide feedback.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with senior management and the Sales Operations Manager to define sales targets, strategies, and reporting processes
  • Work with the Sales Operations Manager to prepare performance dashboards and monitor data
  • Oversee Onboarding and offboarding processes for all sales representatives
  • Conduct weekly quality assurance checks on calls
  • Interview potential sales candidates
  • Work with the Sales Operations Manager to manage commissions sheets and bonus payouts
  • Monitor CRM to ensure closers are keeping current with leads
  • Work with the EVP of Marketing & Sales to test or roll out new offers, packages, and sales scripts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in sales management
  • 5+ years of experience in sales

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a high growth environment.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry preferred
  • Experience in renewal sales preferred
  • Preferred experience in high ticket offers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
