Responsibilities:
The Brazilian Court Hotel, a Leading Hotels of the World and Four Diamond hotel, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Events Manager that will play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable moments that connect with today's discerning travelers. From spearheading B2C marketing initiatives to orchestrating buzz-worthy cultural events and forging strategic partnerships, you'll elevate our brand's voice, drive ROI, and position us as a leader in the Palm Beach hospitality landscape.
Job Functions:
· Conceive and execute B2C marketing campaigns, including experiential on- and off-property events, influencer/celebrity collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
· Develop marketing and communication objectives, core messaging, creative concepts and materials, and metrics, collaborating with PR and social teams to craft a comprehensive brand communication plan and impactful case studies.
· Ensure seamless integration of marketing activities with digital, social, and PR efforts, capturing captivating content and fueling organic buzz.
· Manage the master marketing calendar, ensuring all initiatives perfectly align and resonate with the overall brand strategy.
· Lead the identification, contracting, and management of programming partners & talent, securing valuable collaborations that enhance guest experiences and amplify brand awareness.
· Procure, coordinate, and manage strategic partnerships, leveraging these collaborations to expand reach, access resources, and amplify brand impact.
· Identify, engage, collaborate, and manage influencers, in partnership with supporting agencies, to amplify brand reach and message.
· Manage social media with oversight of engaging content, fostering community growth, and analyzing performance across platforms.
· Manage photo shoots, including vendor recruitment, hiring talent and onsite execution.
· Oversee the design of web and email collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
· Manage live events, overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for flawless experiences.
· Design and implement program elements, encompassing bespoke experiences, ownable rituals, strategic marketing tactics, launch event execution, and more.
· Manage marketing budget across all key contributing functions.
· Work with key functions to develop the Property Activation Toolkit, providing guidance to all supporting teams on executing ownable programming per brand guidelines.
· Develop the Brand Playbook, including visual ID, asset guidelines, and brand standards, ensuring consistent application across all platforms and owned channels.
· Manage administrative tasks such as deck and proposal development, SOW development, annual marketing calendar creation and management, workback schedule development and management, master status tracker development and management, weekly calls with key stakeholders, budget management, key insights collection for future improvements, and ongoing strategy & planning for program evolution.
· Effectively coordinate and manage internal/external teams, agencies, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
· Communicate creative concepts clearly and persuasively, ensuring easy understanding and buy-in from all stakeholders.
· Demonstrate a deep understanding of business priorities and consumer engagement needs to develop the right ideas and approaches.
· Provide oversight for brand voice integration across all relevant internal and external touch points.
· Direct execution of marketing efforts once the plan and strategy are aligned across key functions.
· Maintain open and active communication with key stakeholders including ownership, sales, operations, public relations, digital marketing, legal, accounting, salon/spa, and others as appropriate.
· Recruit, contract, and manage supporting vendors/agencies through the development and execution of concepts for each activation.
· Other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
· A skilled marketing mastermind with 4+ years of experience in experiential marketing, partnerships, or luxury brands (hotel experience a plus!).
· An immersive storyteller, crafting brand narratives that resonate with diverse consumers, generating organic buzz, and driving engagement.
· A pulse on trends & culture with established relationships and a knack in fostering cross-beneficial collaborations.
· A collaborative maestro, effortlessly harmonizing cross-functional teams and external partners to create seamless, impactful experiences.
· A data-driven decision maker, analyzing results and iterating to optimize and continuously improve your work.
· Possess a strong understanding of overall hotel business and operational functions of a hotel.
· Knowledge of hotel features, benefits and competing hotels within the market.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
