About Us

FreeCast is solving the problem of multiple streaming service providers(programming competitors) offering different content and delivery models, by gathering it all into one aggregate platform for consumers. The company’s technology platform labeled SmartGuide® collects, consolidates and arranges live linear channels, streaming channels, international/local channels, television programs, movies, regardless if free with ads, pay per view, or subscription based.

Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Webmaster with a strong background in SEO and SEM, possessing at least 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple websites for E-Commerce and Landing Pages, driving organic and paid traffic, optimizing site performance, and enhancing overall user experience.

**This will be an On-Site only position, so please ensure you are prepared to work full-time in our Orlando HQ Office Monday thru Friday before submitting your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, visibility, and rankings across multiple websites.
  • Plan and execute SEM campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research relevant to our Product, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for improved search engine visibility and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, and Design to ensure alignment of SEO/SEM efforts with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform regular site audits to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO/SEM to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors involved in SEO/SEM activities.
  • Continuously test and iterate on strategies to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and other key performance metrics.
  • Manage team of internal Developers to ensure alignment with business objectives, best practices in SDLC, CI/CD and code optimization across multiple websites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven development and marketing experience in SEO/SEM, preferably in E-Commerce and Landing Page environments.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Solid technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Content Management Systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience developing websites with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript and any other relevant front-end languages.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant SEO/SEM certifications are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or MSTest.
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio or other integrated development environments (IDEs).
  • Understanding of responsive web design principles.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL.

An employee’s pay position will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.

Additional forms of compensation will be discussed with candidates during the time of a final interview.
