Senior Loan Processor

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Loan Processor to join our team. The Senior Loan Processor will be responsible for managing the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

```Duties```
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Verify borrower information, including employment, income, credit history, and assets
- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to gather any additional required documentation
- Prepare loan files for underwriting review
- Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other third parties to ensure timely processing of loans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
- Maintain open lines of communication with borrowers to provide updates on the status of their loan applications
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan process

```Requirements```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loan Processor in the mortgage industry
- In-depth knowledge of FNMA guidelines and regulations
- Strong understanding of financial services and lending practices
- Familiarity with underwriting and credit analysis processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
