Responsibilities
Processing of all CBNA 2nd Mortgage, Retail Combo and Banking Private Bank disbursements across multiple business platforms (ACAPs, Custom Closer, CitiSmart, CitiFind and the Secured Funding Application).
Candidate must be able to review documentation from the closing documents to determine how the loan should be disbursed.
Must be able to identify and validate issues and take the necessary steps to resolve in a timely manner. This will require interaction with internal and external resources to include Title Companies, MLC's and CBAN management. Candidate must have strong communication skills.
Must be able to independently deliver accurate funding disbursements.
Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize to handle the incoming volume and rush requests. Must treat all disbursements with a sense of urgency and process quickly and correctly.

Mortgage origination experience (i.e. processing/closing) preferred.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with peers and internal/external sources.
Must meet or exceed established productivity, development and quality measures with minimal supervision while identifying procedural or training deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions to department management.
