MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THE TEAM:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to type 50+ WPM
- A minimum of 3 years in high-volume call centers
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service within the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical), or a similar field
- A minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
- Familiarity with complex work environments
- QA/KPI scores of 90% or above
- Mastery of CRM and scheduling software
Managerial experience is preferred but not required.
