Description:
Taking inbound service calls to take payments over the phone, order statements/payoff letters/paid in full letters, provide account balances. Employees are expected to take 35 calls/day on average with a 7.5 average call time and a 2 mins average wrap time on each call. Will be measured on QA Compliance, schedule adherence, and call quality.
Must Haves:
- 1 Year experience supporting charged off loans and credit cards, bankruptcy accounts, or estates in a deceased processing capacity
- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word)
- ERP or CRM experience that allows to view account balance and activity
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Slack experience
- Experience with Bankruptcy, Deceased customer's estates, and charge of debt status
Work Environment
- Start date is May 13, 2024
- There will be 5 weeks of training followed by 3-4 weeks of nesting that will all be onsite M-F from 8-430pm CST.
- After nesting will be able to work 100% remote full time.
- Schedule will be M-Th 10-630pm and Fri 830-5pm CST.
