Join us at WK Kellogg Co as the Senior Executive Assistant, supporting the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Chief Wellbeing & Sustainable Business Officer (CWSBO). Based at our HQ in Battle Creek, MI, you will be at the heart of it all while collaborating with our teams, proactively manage multiple priorities with ease, and take ownership of exciting projects to drive our strategic initiatives forward.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  

  • Managing Multiple Priorities – You will be responsible for handling multiple projects with time constraints. Part of this includes coordinating on and offsite team meetings and travel arrangements for your stakeholders. Your organizational skills and consideration of time zone variances will be crucial while consistently managing calendars and arranging virtual and on-site meetings.
  • Proactive Execution –   Implement proactive communication, calendar and meeting management practices to support your stakeholders and senior leaders in our organization. Drive results by creating and following up with important meeting notes and communication materials. Actively seek solutions and take ownership of processes and projects while maintaining a sense of confidentiality.
  • Budget Management – Manage and monitor budgets for various projects, initiatives, and the teams you support. Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of expenses. Provide regular updates to senior leaders on budget status while leveraging Anaplan and SAP.
  • Systems Expert – Leverage your advance knowledge with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams to facilitate seamless operations within our organization. You will play a critical role in supporting our teams and leaders by creating comprehensive and visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint, analyzing data in Excel, managing complex schedules in Outlook, and fostering collaboration through Teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our executives are equipped with the tools and information needed to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives forward.

  

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS 

REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required and demonstrated experience supporting senior management. 
  • Advance written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Word, Teams
  • Experience creating and editing PowerPoint decks
  • Outlook Calendar management with understanding of time zone variances
  • Budget Management experience
  • Flexibility to work on multiple priorities that sometimes conflict 
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, interpersonal communications, and ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds across the organization
