Position Overview- Senior Director, Technical Field Services
Pace's Technical Field Services offers a broad portfolio of on-site support for our customers' laboratory equipment, cleanroom, and compounding pharmacy operations, including maintenance, repair, certification, and qualification. Dispatching from multiple service centers nationwide, we assure our customers of timely response and high-quality services. As the Sr. Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Pace's Technical Field Services business, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will provide strategic guidance, foster a positive and high-performing work environment, and lead a team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, expand geographic presence and market share, and achieve financial objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to set organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.
- Work closely with Pace's Commercial teams to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction. Identify opportunities for revenue growth with existing and prospective clients.
- Oversee all operational functions, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, employee performance, and resource management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of directors, managers, and employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Identify talent needs, participate in the recruitment and selection process, and support the professional development of employees.
- Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- 5 + years of proven experience in a P&L leadership role, preferably within the B2B Field Services industry or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

- Valid Driver’s License

- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of the life sciences industry and related cGMP regulatory requirements.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and navigate complex situations.
Working Environment:
Work is performed in an office setting. Work is subject to 25% travel.
