AddressExperis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working with a global leader in the wine & spirits industry, seeking aSenior Innovation Managerto report to headquarters in New York, NY. This would be a 6+ Month Contract role with intention of extending and/or converting to permanent, paying $44/Hour + benefits.

Join our innovative New York-based team, driving projects for exciting brands in the ever-evolving spirits industry. The right candidate needs to have strong project management, leadership, and innovation skills. Responsible for collaborating with local and global partners, managing project plans, leading launches, and driving action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with local and global partners to drive innovation initiatives.
- Manage project plans, overseeing launches from ideation to execution for projects in design, development, a "TLO" (test, learn, optimize in market), and/or working on detailed R+D/operational efforts.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines and remain within budget.
- Drive consumer-centric practices and foster collaboration across teams/departments.
- Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Project Management Certification
- Minimum 6-years of relevant experience
- Track record of successful project management in the spirits/beverage industry
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
