What this role is about:As a Senior People OperationsBusiness Partner, you will have the opportunity to coach, guide and scale a mission-driven team. This role will support the key stakeholders of our Sales organization, partnering closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and key leaders in the Sales organization. As part of the People team, you will also have the opportunity to build and own key people projects, including our annual compensation cycle and enhancing our people analytics capabilities. This role will report to the Director of People Operations. You'll excel in this role if you are self-motivated, excited about wearing multiple hats, analytical, and have a low ego.
What you'll do:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key leaders across the Sales organization, serving as a strategic thought partner for organizational design and planning
  • Partner with Sales leaders on all annual People Ops initiatives, including performance management, engagement surveys, headcount planning and compensation
  • Coach People Leaders on an ongoing basis on building effective and engaged teams
  • Support Sales team members and People Leaders through ad hoc personal and professional challenges
  • Partner with Sales Operations to design and execute Sales commission plans
  • Own company-wide compensation reviews, refreshing compensation bands against market data and delivering recommendations to all People Ops BPs
  • Create a people analytics program and manage key metrics, updated regularly for Leadership Team meetings, Board meetings, and ongoing insights

What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
  • An empathetic team member who enjoys building relationships and solving people problems
  • Low ego and a willingness to balance day-to-day HR tasks with strategic and big picture projects
  • Excited about building and maintaining a positive culture
  • Growth mindset
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • 4+ years of previous HRBP experience where you have directly supported a Sales Team
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and a relatively deep understanding of analyzing and presenting data
  • Experience working on compensation including commission plans
  • Preference for applicants who are based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York

Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $122,000 - $155,000. This role will also be eligible to receive equity options.
