For candidates based in New York, compensation for this role is expected to be between $160,000 and $170,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

The HR Business Partner role involves liaising with the HR COEs and the broader HR organization to execute programs and process necessary to the business. This role will act as a visible partner and is the primary point of contact to address business needs touching HR functions and capabilities including employee engagement & culture, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards and employee relations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive human resources strategy in assigned client groups, ensuring alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives.
- Manage employee relations within supported client teams to monitor employee engagement.
- Facilitate activities related to coaching, counseling and support of assigned client teams.
- Partner with HR COEs in order to achieve Company and Department objectives related to L&D, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Security/ GA.
- Support and execute cyclical HR programs and participate in projects related to human capital and organizational initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity and provides reporting from multiple sources including HRIS and individuals related to headcount, labor costs and other related data.
- Leverage data in order to make fact based decisions that enable the business to achieve its objectives.
- Other projects and ad hoc reporting as requested.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and listening skills.
- Must possess a high degree of sensitivity.
- Experience in organizational design and change management.
- Experience managing employment related investigations to successful resolution with the help of SMEs.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner with team members at all levels.
- The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Human Resources related projects and programs in a changing corporate environment.
- Ability to make professional presentations and to communicate in writing, through e-mails and reports, or orally, complex matters to an audience of high technical skills and operational experience.
- Ability to negotiate on behalf of function to come to agreement by managing communications through discussions and compromise.
- Ability to coach and influence on people related matters.
- Comfort with complexity and ambiguity when things are undefined.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite required, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
