Nasdaq is searching for our next HR and Talent Strategy Leader supporting our Capital Access Platforms Division. In this role you will serve as the strategic people partner to the division's senior leaders including the Division's C-level executives and the Executive Vice President of Corporate Platforms.
In this role you will partner with the Organizational Strategy Leader for Capital Access Platforms to shape and lead the Division's talent strategy. You will be an important member of Nasdaq's HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition team, working closely with our Regional HR Leaders to drive successful planning and delivery of our People@Nasdaq programs and talent solutions to the business. You will operate as a trusted advisor and talent consultant to your executives, functioning as an expert on people and organizational issues. Leading through influence, you collaborate well across boundaries, act as a true partner to your peers in the People@Nasdaq Centers of Excellence, and are personally invested in developing our regional Nasdaq People Partners in a matrixed operating model.

In this role you will:
- Serve as a strategic HR consultant to executive leadership focused on a broad-based and transformational talent strategy designed to recruit, develop, and retain the very best innovative talent in the business
- Deliver custom people initiatives to improve culture and engagement
- Conduct long-term workforce planning that includes org shape, capabilities, and footprint analysis
- Leverage organizational data, trends and metrics to develop talent solutions
- Conduct organizational structure and operating model design with supporting change management to ensure your organizations are designed and operating to meet their strategy
- Conduct talent, capability, and succession planning, ensuring your teams have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time
- Serve as a coach and thought partner to executives
- Engage with your partners in the People@Nasdaq Centers of Excellence to develop and create business-driven People programs and solutions
The ideal candidate will have a track record of:

- Working as a HR Business partner or a talent partner

- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to do important operational work to support strategic initiatives
- Leveraging Excel to analyze data and create action plans (comfortable using VLOOKUP, nested IF statements and pivot tables)
- Education Required: Degree qualified in relevant discipline; specialized second degree or MBA is a plus or equivalent working experience.
- Experience Required: At least 12 years of experience in relevant discipline.
- Prior management experience is required.

The base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
