As the Senior Operations Analyst, you will support our CDS nurses and risk adjustment coders, acting as the key internal resource for the development of operations analyses and projects. In this role, you will be working with our OP CDI team on a new project that involves risk adjustment and HCC capture.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual summary and detail reports of operational performance, revenue, recovery, and expense information.
  • Provides information monthly and as needed to chair/director.
  • Provides leadership for implementation and ongoing support of inventory systems.
  • Ensures the master file is current, and supply expenses are aligned with case volume and revenue.
  • Manages financial and operational integration of new facilities, and development of new business lines within existing facilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or other related field.

Certifications:

  • None required.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three years progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance or project management, with significant experience in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting with multi-disciplinary organizational and operational structure and large hospital/physician provider organization and healthcare consulting.
  • Offset: Bachelor's degree and four years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 15 pounds

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $33.46

Maximum hourly: $51.03
