SalaryWe are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth administrative process. Our office is open Monday- Wednesday, and every other Thursday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using dental software and office equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
