We are looking for a full-time, experienced Dispatcher for our NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transport) drivers. Responsibilities include scheduling drivers, communication with riders, communication/troubleshooting with NEMT contractors, collaboration with Wall sister company employees, and other duties as assigned. Some early morning/late evening work may be required and flex time will be provided.

Skills required: Effective oral and written communication, training and /or experience in scheduling, organization of office files and confidential client documents, ability to work independently, prioritizing multiple and varied tasks. Ability to manage schedules and use electronic calendars. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook email. Experience in NEMT is a plus!
