Form of workOur client, a top teaching hospital in New York City, is hiring a Physician Assistant (PA), Primary Care for Psychiatry Department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Primary Care to a psychiatric population
- Provide medical Care for inpatient services in the Behavioral Health Department
- Work closely with psychiatric residents and attendings to provide medical care to a diverse patient population
- Provides medical coverage in CPEP as needed
- Current New York State registration as a Physician Assistant
- Current New York State Physician Assistant License
- Current certification issues by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Experience or training in Psychiatry preferred
