Duties
As a Receptionist/Secretary, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Order parts/ receive parts
-Manage communication between customers and employees
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
***Experience with Automotive Industry preferred
Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills to handle various office tasks efficiently
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Proficiency in order entry and maintaining records
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for correspondence and documentation
- Skilled in proofreading documents for errors
- Experience working in a office setting is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Capable of providing personal assistant support to management
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective call handling
- Prior experience as Secretary is a must and automotive experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
