- Handle incoming phone calls
- Interact professionally with clients, court personnel and other counsel
- Maintain Confidentiality of client information
- Process attorney mail and postage
- Maintain file organization
- Transcribe from dictation
- Record attorney time to electronic billing system, process credit card payments and issue monthly billing statements to clients
- Draft Last Will & Testaments, Power of Attorneys, Living Wills and other pleadings
- Some accounting knowledge would be helpful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Organized and deadline driven
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Detail oriented with excellent grammar and proofreading skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment

Pay: $27,040.00 - $35,360.00 per year
